I'm extremely patient with children and make them feel as comfortable as possible when they are sitting in my chair. My babies know when they come see Ms. Shay they are in for a good time! Shoes off, get comfortable, grab a snack/drink , Watch their favorite show, and enjoy The ROYAL Experience!

Booking Rules and Regulations!!

Before booking please understand there is a $10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for each service. NO deposit No booking!! (IF YOU CHOOSE CASH PAYMENT AT CHECK OUT PLEASE BE SURE TO SEND YOUR DEPOSIT ANOTHER WAY! IF THERE IS NO DEPOSIT SENT YOUR SESSION WILL BE CANCELED )
PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE! I accept cash, apple pay, and online payments.
DROP OFF ONLY!! ONLY THE CHILD THAT'S BEING SERVICED PLEASE!! (If the child can't sit alone I can't service, sorry space is limited).
HAIR AND BEADS ARE NOT INCLUDED AT THE MOMENT!!
I service ages 2yrs-15yrs ( after 12yrs the prices change).
20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled!!! (or pay a late fee of $20)
No call No show = No Future bookings will be made!!
IF YOU DID NOT ADD WASH/BLOWOUT TO YOUR BOOKING HAIR MUST WASHED, BLOWN OUT, AND OIL FREE!!!!! (No braides, No ponytails, No half way taken down styles, just detangled hair please!!!!)
I provide snacks and drinks for my clients if your child has ANY allergies please let me know.
If it's NOT listed in my services, I DO NOT provide it!
